The South LLano River has become my favorite spot in Texas to fish and kayak. Because of its location I don't get out to it as often as I like, but it is well worth the long weekend escape. Our usual float is from the second crossing down to flat rock with an overnight at a secret location. Small guads and sunfish are the norm with some nicer fish mixed in.
