Fly Fishing for 9 Days Straight

Aug. 15-23

Finally got to do some real fishing. Met up with Josh is Calgary and we got into some real good fish in BC and Alberta. Then headed to Breck to fish the usual spots.

I'm sitting in my office today, not wanting to work, so I decided to create this blog. While I have no idea where I'm gonna go with it, at least it will kill some time. Enjoy....

The South LLano River has become my favorite spot in Texas to fish and kayak. Because of its location I don't get out to it as often as I like, but it is well worth the long weekend escape. Our usual float is from the second crossing down to flat rock with an overnight at a secret location. Small guads and sunfish are the norm with some nicer fish mixed in.
